Welcome to knobbly. - we would love to have you on board as a stockist of our fabulous products, and especially our super fun and super functional wall hooks.
We offer two types of knobbly wholesale agreements, standard and drop shipping.
DROP SHIPPING
When you have been approved for a wholesale account, you are able to list any product you like on your website.
When a customer places an order through your website, you then place the product order via our wholesale portal.
We will then prepare and ship the order directly to your customer on your behalf.
Shipping is based on the number of items ordered at the time so there is no additional invoicing.
RRP is 50% minimum however you can set you RRP price.
WHOLESALE ORDERS - Standard
Your first wholesale order must reach a minimum value of $150 AUD (excluding GST).
All re-orders must total a minimum value of $100 AUD (excluding GST).
Your order can be made up of any combination of hooks that you choose, provided they have been made available through our wholesale catalogue.
knobbly. does not enforce a re-order period, therefore you are free to order as frequently or infrequently as you desire, provided each order meets the requisite minimum amount in AUD.
We reserve the right to make amendments to our minimum order values, at any time, without consequence. You will be notified if such changes should occur.

Placing a wholesale order with knobbly. is done so in recognition that you have read the following Terms and Conditions and agreed to their content.
Once you have placed your first order, we will assume that you have read this document and you will therefore be bound by these Terms and Conditions, at all times, while holding a valid and current wholesale account with knobbly.
Throughout the following wholesale Terms and Conditions, any reference to ‘we’, ‘our’ or ‘us’ refers to knobbly. Any reference to ‘you’ or ‘your’ refers to current and prospective wholesale account holders with knobbly.
WHOLESALE APPROVAL
In order to gain access to our online ordering portal, knobbly. will need to approve all wholesale account holders. If you wish to become a stockist of our products, please contact us with details including: the name of your store, contact details, location (shop front, online or both) and any associated social media. Once you have been approved you may access our ordering portal and are free to place your first order.
knobbly. reserves the right to deny wholesale approval.
TERMS OF PAYMENT
All wholesale orders are on a proforma basis and must be paid in full before they will be shipped. Once you have completed your order, an invoice will be generated, which is due 7 days from the date of invoice.
knobbly. accepts wholesale payment via PayPal or Direct Credit. Once your payment has been made and has cleared, your order will be processed.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
All of our products are made to order, with love and care. Once you have placed your wholesale order, please allow up to 10 business days for your drop shipping order to be shipped and 3-4 weeks for your standard order to leave the knobbly. studio.
If you have placed your wholesale order at a Trade Fair, manufacture times can be longer, so please allow up to 4-6 weeks for shipping.
knobbly. will always endeavour to provide wholesalers with the most economic, quickest and safest method of delivery. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the size of your order and your location. The total cost of shipping will be included on your final order invoice.
INTERNATIONAL DUTIES AND TAXES
knobbly. will not be responsible for the payment of any customs levies, duties or taxes that may be associated with delivery of wholesale orders in your local country. Customers are solely responsible for any such fees. We ask that you please make yourself aware of them before placing an order for wholesale.
WHOLESALE RETURNS POLICY
If you have received your order and you believe that items are damaged, faulty, missing or incorrect please contact us within 5 days at: hello@knobbly.com.au, notifying us of the problem (using corresponding photographs wherever appropriate).
If items are missing or deemed as faulty, they will be replaced by knobbly.
knobbly. does not accept returns on stock not sold, nor do we allow returns of wholesale stock if you have changed your mind or ordered the wrong item.
SELLER AUTHORITY
Once you have been granted access to our ordering portal, and received your knobbly. order, you can assume that you are able to sell our products from any shop front or online store that holds the same name and likeness as the original name you have applied with.
If you wish to sell from further, unassociated outlets, please advise us beforehand. We reserve the right to refuse selling from other outlets, and doing so without approval may result in the suspension or cancellation of your wholesale account.
PRICING
knobbly. does not have a strict Recommended Retail Price. Retail prices for knobbly. products may vary, according to the location in which you are selling. Varying exchange rates will also result in price differentiation.
CANCELLATION OF WHOLESALE ORDERS
Due to the fact that all knobbly. products are manufactured to order, once payment has been received and your order confirmed, we are unable to allow cancellations. Please be sure of what you are ordering, and your stock requirements, prior to confirming your order. We are always more than happy to assist you in deciding which selection of products is right for your store, to make sure there are no problems later.
PROMOTIONAL AND MARKETING IMAGES
knobbly. wholesalers, have access to and permission to use any promotional or marketing imagery provided throughout the knobbly. website or social media.
These images must only be used in the ordinary course of advertising and selling knobbly. products through your approved location/s and must be referenced with some connection to knobbly. when being published or shared. They may not be published or disseminated for any other purpose.
Any images used remain the intellectual property of knobbly. at all times.
Failure to adhere to these guidelines will result in suspension or cancellation of your wholesale account and may have potential intellectual property ramifications.
We also reserve the right to repost any of your images that may contain our products. You will always be credited as the owner of these images.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All designs and images created by knobbly. are our copyright material and remain our intellectual property at all times.
By becoming a wholesaler, we are granting you a license to sell our products and use our marketing imagery, however no rights to our products, designs, photographs, branding or otherwise will transfer during the wholesale relationship.
Any attempt to use our intellectual property in a manner outside of, or inconsistent with, these Terms and Conditions may result in suspension or cancellation of your wholesale account or further action being taken against you for copyright or any other relevant intellectual property infringement.
SUSPENSION OR CANCELLATION OF WHOLESALE ACCOUNTS
We reserve the right to suspend or cancel your wholesale account in the following circumstances:
1. You have engaged in improper or prohibited trading practices including, but not limited to, selling knobbly. products from an unauthorized outlet or using knobbly. images, logos or any other intellectual property in a manner inconsistent with these Terms and Conditions or our rights as intellectual property holders;
2. You have failed to pay your account on time, or have attempted to cancel more than one order;
3. You have failed to advise us of a change to your selling practices, locations or any other material factor relevant to our wholesale approval process;
4. Contravention of any part of our Wholesale Terms and Conditions or any other circumstance that has occurred, which has rendered you unfit or inappropriate, by knobbly, to be an authorized seller representing our brand.
PRIVACY
Wholesale account holders will be subject to our Privacy Policy. Please ensure that you have read this policy, as it outlines how your personal and business information may be collected, stored and handled, during your time as a knobbly. wholesale seller.
This policy states that customer information will not be shared with third parties. In the case of wholesale customers, we may share the name, location and contact details of your store on our website or social media, for the purposes of advertising only.
CHANGES TO WHOLESALE TERMS
knobbly. reserves the right to make amendments to our wholesale terms at any time, without consequence. We will notify all current wholesale account holders if any changes do occur. We do not require express consent to any changes; your continued use of our wholesale service indicates your consent and acceptance.
