SHIPPING:

All of our items are made to order and have varying production times. Please allow up to 10 working days for your order to be shipped (excluding weekends and public holidays). We are based in Brisbane Queensland so please be aware of any Queensland based public holidays that may affect your delivery.

Orders are shipped via Australia Post. Depending on your location (under normal circumstances) your order should arrive within 2-5 days from the date of dispatch however this can be longer during peak periods (such a Christmas or due to extreme weather). Please review the Australia Post website for current delivery estimates here.  Delivery times and schedules for Australia Post are out of our control and we have no impact on delivery times. If your item has not arrived in an appropriate amount of time please let us and Australia Post know you are waiting on a delivery.

You will receive an email with your Australia Post tracking information once your order is dispatched. 

Please note the above times are a guide only and there is no guarantee your order will arrive in a set time frame.

We reserve the right to use an alternative postage service for larger orders.

AUSTRALIA SHIPPING COSTS

Please note, we do not offer express post at this time. If you require your order sooner please send a message via our contact page PRIOR to making your purchase.

INTERNATIONAL

Based on the weight of your order and country, postage costs are calculated at checkout. Import taxes and duties are not covered in the price of your order. Some countries require payment of import taxes and duties to release goods in your country. Your local postal service will contact you if additional payments are required. When payment has been received, your item will be delivered. Knobbly can not be held responsible for any additional costs incurred.

 POSTAL ADDRESSES

Please check  your details are correct at the time of ordering. Knobbly is not liable for products that are unable to be delivered due to incorrect addresses. If products are returned to Knobbly, re-direction costs will occur at the customers expense.
