knobbly. creates fun (and functional!) wall hooks and other decor for your home. We have a diverse range of shapes and colours to suit every taste and style.
We reserve the right to make alterations to our service, inclusive of- our products, website, shipping methods and cost, product prices or otherwise, without notice or consequence.
We also reserve the right to refuse service to any person, at any time, for whatever reason we deem fit.
All orders that are placed through our online store is an offer by you to state you are purchasing the particular item in accordance with our terms and conditions.

While every effort has been made to ensure our products/colours are represented accurately, different colour calibrations of each system can impact your screen reproduction.
Prices, GST and taxes:
All prices on our Website are listed in Australian Dollars and they include GST (where applicable).
By placing an order, you agree to pay the stated price (plus any applicable shipping and handling charges) in Australian Dollars for all orders.
We reserve the right to change the prices of our Goods at any time without notice to you.
ORDERS AND PAYMENT
Orders can be made directly through our website, or in the case of wholesale orders- through our online portal. Once you have selected your items in our online store, you can complete the checkout process. At this time, you will be asked to enter your delivery destination, which will allow us to calculate your shipping charges based on location and size of order. This will then be added to your total order.
You will also need to input several personal details, in order to be eligible to checkout. Inability to provide us with one or more of these details may affect your checkout success. Please ensure all details are correct and accurate to the best of your knowledge and do not hesitate to contact us if you feel you have made an error.
If you have a discount or promotional code, please enter it before moving on to payment. More information on this can be found in the “Promotion” section of our Terms and Conditions.
We accept payment via PayPal, Shopify Payments and Afterpay. This includes the option of using PayPal to pay via credit card. We do not receive any details of your payment information at any stage.
You will receive an e-mail from us to confirm that your order has been received and payment cleared. We will then begin processing your order and it won’t be long until your items are in your hands. If you wish to receive a tracking order for your shipment, please let us know.
CANCELLATION POLICY
As everything at knobbly. is made to order, with care and love, we are unable to accept cancellations on your order once we have commenced the manufacture of your product.
If you do need to cancel or change your order, please contact us as soon as possible, however we reserve the right to refuse cancellations, at our sole discretion.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We ship all domestic Australian orders at a flat rate of $9.95. knobbly. uses either Australia Post or private courier, which are both available with tracking. Your tracking number can be provided to you upon request.
All items are made to order, with a turnaround time of approximately 10 business days (or longer during peak times). We ask that customers allow up to 10 business days for your order to reach you once shipped. This may vary if you are in a regional domestic area or if you are an international customer. Sorry, knobbly. accepts no liability for lost/missing parcels once sent.
For international orders, please contact us prior to ordering if you’d like your parcel to be trackable. Extra charges apply. knobbly. will NOT be responsible for any orders where tracking has not been added.
If an incorrect address is provided at time of order and a parcel is returned to knobbly. you will be required to pay for this package to be re-sent. Please ensure that you provide correct postal information at time of order. All orders that are returned to knobbly. due to non-collection from a local postal service, or due to the non-payment of their local import levies/duties/taxes, will be required to pay for the package to be re-sent, once the original package has been received back to knobbly.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS PLEASE NOTE - Shipping from Australia can take approximately 2-4 weeks from send date.
INTERNATIONAL DUTIES AND TAXES
knobbly. will not be responsible for the payment of any customs levies, duties or taxes that may be associated with international delivery in your local country. Customers will be solely responsible for any such fees, therefore we ask that you please make yourself aware of them before confirming your order.

RETURNS
Because all of our wall hooks are unique and are made specifically to order, we are unfortunately unable to accept any returns or exchanges in the event that you change your mind. We are always more than happy to assist you in making the correct choice for your home, in the hopes of avoiding any incorrect selections.
If your product arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us, via e-mail, within 5 days of receipt, including a description of the fault or damage alleged and corresponding photographs where necessary. We will assess the information and provide a replacement if necessary. We may require your initial item to be returned to us.
We will not provide refunds or replace products that have been damaged after the recommended weight for hanging has been exceeded. We reserve the right to make this determination, at our sole discretion.
PRODUCT INFORMATION
Please pay careful attention to any product information, installation instructions or guidelines that may accompany your order, or be displayed alongside your chosen item on our website. knobbly. cannot be responsible for damage caused by misuse of our products, or by not using them in accordance with the recommended use and hanging weight allowance.
PRODUCT APPEARANCE
We ask that all customers make themselves aware of the measurements of their desired hook before purchase. Sizes will not vary from these dimensions, however product colours may vary slightly in real life. This can be attributed to differences in computer or phone screen colour calibration. Small variations in colour will not provide sufficient reason to return or exchange your hook.
PROMOTIONS
knobbly. may occasionally run promotional offers for our customers. These may be advertised through our social media or e-mail promotions. Such special offers may include, but are not necessarily limited to: special prices, discount codes or other promotions. Each promotion will run for a limited time only and may have conditions or guidelines, which must be fully complied with, without exception, in order to validly redeem the promotion.
