Because all of our wall hooks are unique and are made specifically to order, we are unfortunately unable to accept any returns or exchanges in the event that you change your mind. We are always more than happy to assist you in making the correct choice for your home, in the hopes of avoiding any incorrect selections.
If your product arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us, via e-mail, within 5 days of receipt, including a description of the fault or damage alleged and corresponding photographs where necessary. We will assess the information and provide a replacement if necessary. We may require your initial item to be returned to us.
We will not provide refunds or replace products that have been damaged after the recommended weight for hanging has been exceeded. We reserve the right to make this determination, at our sole discretion.
