Details

While the bubble letter trend has largely been driven by 3D printing, these Stick-On Bubble Letter is made the slower way — cut from birch plywood and hand-painted in our studio, letter by letter, with no printer in sight.

A single letter works well as a minimal monogram, but it's just as at home as part of a longer name spelled out along a nursery or playroom wall. Every colour in the Knobbly range is available, so it's easy to keep things cohesive with other pieces you already own.

We make to order in small batches as a small, local business — not mass produced, not warehoused. Every letter that goes out the door was made specifically for that order.

Installation

How to install your Stick-On
Bubble Letter:

1. Make sure your wall surface is clean, dry and
free of dust before sticking.

2. For a temporary, renter-friendly hold,
use Blu-Tack — press firmly for 10–15 seconds and reposition any time.

3. For a stronger, longer-term hold, use
good-quality double-sided mounting tape or Command strips — press firmly for 30
seconds and allow to set for a few hours before touching.

4. To remove or reposition, gently peel from one
corner. If any adhesive residue remains, warm it gently with a hairdryer before
lifting away.

5. Avoid direct sunlight or damp areas for best
colour longevity — a light wipe with a soft, dry cloth is all your letter needs
to stay looking its best.

Incredible custom made decorations

I recently ordered some handmade wooden Christmas decorations from Knobbly, and I couldn’t be happier! Shae, the owner, was absolutely incredible to work with.
